Steps 10 through 15 are recommended adjustments to improve your work flow by removing multiple pop-up acceptance dialog boxes.

1...

You may receive a "security information" popup message asking your approval to view both secure and non-secure pages (mixed content). The patient data being sent by the Server is always secure. However, since the Patient Reports Jacket is sent as a pop up, Internet Explorer treats the pop-up as potentially non-secure and requests you to either accept or reject these messages. Please accept these messages.

To avoid repeatedly seeing "security information" boxes, do the following:

10...

Use the Internet Explorer tools menu. Click tools and then Internet Options.

11...

Click the Security Tab (Internet should be highlighted automatically)

12...

Click the "Custom Level" button. Scroll down to "Display mixed content" (see below)

13...
Click "Enable" and then OK.

14...
Click "Yes" in the warning box and OK in the Internet Options box.

15...
Close all windows including Internet Explorer.
